Our 10 session punch cards are good for all sports performance classes throughout the year.
New athletes will be required to have 2 private trainings with a coach to ensure they have a solid understanding of movement techniques. These private trainings will focus on form for the lifts that we do in our classes, and will be accompanied with a metcon.

Coach Chris Rendon
Over 2000 hours of coaching experience in CrossFit, Strength and Conditioning, and Youth Athletic Development. His training covers Olympic lifting, Power lifting, Speed and Agility training.
Coach Sela Salzman
Has a Masters Degree in Sport Performance from Point Loma, specializing in The Female Athlete.
Coach Chris Toth
Goalie for the San Diego Sockers, emphasis on Youth Athletic Development, and Strength and Conditioning training.
