Coaches
Coach Chris Rendon
Over 2000 hours of coaching experience in CrossFit, Strength and Conditioning, and Youth Athletic Development. His training covers Olympic lifting, Power lifting, Speed and Agility training.
Coach Sela Salzman
Has a Masters Degree in Sport Performance from Point Loma, specializing in The Female Athlete.
Coach Chris Toth
Goalie for the San Diego Sockers, emphasis on Youth Athletic Development, and Strength and Conditioning training.
Coach Summer Mason
Played soccer professionally, has a bachelors degree in psychology, and years of experience working as a soccer coach, personal trainer, and sports performance coach. Her training focuses on the athlete as a whole, strengthening the body and the mind.
