Schedule of sport performance training with foundation sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 3:30 PM, and elite sessions on Mondays and Wednesdays at 4:00 PM. The training focuses on strength, injury prevention, max speed, acceleration, and change of direction, with images of young athletes performing various exercises in a gym.

Coach Chris Rendon

Over 2000 hours of coaching experience in CrossFit, Strength and Conditioning, and Youth Athletic Development. His training covers Olympic lifting, Power lifting, Speed and Agility training.
