Meet our Naturopathic Doctor
Dr. Francesca Medina is a Naturopathic Doctor who is passionate about empowering her patients to become more proactive in their health journeys. As a graduate from Bastyr University, she is trained in finding the root symptoms of hormonal and digestive concerns, interpreting functional medicine lab tests, and using holistic methods to formulate individualized treatment plans for her patients.
Dr. Francesca Medina specializes in women’s reproductive and dermatologic health. She incorporates nutrition, exercise, and nutritional and herbal supplements as part of her holistic, individualized treatment plans.
When she is not in the clinic, Dr. Francesca enjoys cooking, relaxing to the beach, and exploring new eateries in San Diego County.

We offer a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation. We will be discussing your top health concerns and health goals. We will be able to see what I can offer you and how I can help you, if I am able to address your needs. I treat a wide array of health conditions, from primary care concerns and physical ailments to complex chronic illness and anti-aging and aesthetics

In order to get to know you fully, this 60 minute visit ensures I get a complete and thorough picture of your health history. We will talk in depth about your health care goals and your current health concerns. The visit will include a lab review (if applicable), complete physical exam, and if indicated, a blood draw for additional lab testing. At the end of the visit, you will be able to take home an initial treatment plan that is best suited for you.

The 60 minute follow-up allows us to discuss up to three main health concerns and/or complex cases. We will review lab results, discuss your current treatment plan, and make adjustments to the plan as we move along on your health journey.scription
