Better Data. Smarter Training. Confident Return to Sport.
At Olympus Movement Performance, we combine clinical expertise with advanced VALD performance technology to objectively measure strength, power, movement, speed, and athletic readiness.
Rather than relying only on how an athlete looks or feels, we use real performance data to identify deficits, track progress, guide programming, and make more informed return-to-sport decisions.
-
Measure force, power, balance, and jump performance.
VALD ForceDecks allow us to evaluate how an athlete produces and absorbs force during movements such as jumping, landing, squatting, and balancing. We can compare the right and left sides, identify performance asymmetries, and monitor changes throughout rehabilitation or training.
-
Objective strength testing for major joints and muscle groups.
The VALD ForceFrame helps us precisely measure isometric strength throughout the body. This allows our physical therapists and performance coaches to identify weaknesses that may be difficult to see during a traditional movement assessment.
-
Portable strength and range-of-motion assessment.
VALD DynaMo gives our clinicians a versatile way to measure strength and joint range of motion during physical therapy evaluations, progress testing, and return-to-sport assessments.
-
Accurate speed, agility, and change-of-direction testing.
VALD SmartSpeed timing gates allow us to objectively measure sprinting, acceleration, agility, and change-of-direction performance. Instead of using a handheld stopwatch, we can capture precise results and compare an athlete’s performance across multiple testing sessions.
From Rehabilitation to Performance
VALD technology gives us more than numbers—it provides a clearer picture of what each athlete needs.
We use the results to develop individualized treatment and training programs, document meaningful progress, identify remaining performance gaps, and help athletes return to their sport with greater confidence.
