
Summer Performance Training is back for the Summer of 2023!
We will offer two classes everyday of the summer for both Adults and Teens. Training sessions will have a different focus daily on: Acceleration/ Max Speed/ Change Of Direction/ Mobility and recovery. Every Day will have a strength and conditioning component. We will also focus on ACL injury prevention.
JUNE 12TH - AUGUST 11TH
Foundations (Designed for newer and younger athletes)
10AM | M-F
College Prep (For athletes looking to perform at highest level and prepare for college)
11AM | M-F
$225/Month or $400 For all Summer
