DNS 6 month Prone with alternating arm reach
Deep core stability is the key to optimal movement, transfer of power and ultimately improved performance. Begin by maintaining sagittal stabilization, a neutral spine and continuing breathing into your belly, creating intra-abdominal pressure. You will alternate reaching with each hand while stabilizing on the opposite shoulder. Repeat 8-10 perfect reps on each side. This is ALOT harder than it looks.
