When training just isn’t enough.
Many of you train hard, you train consistently, you eat healthy, and rest well. I ask you though, are there times when you need more than just this to keep performing at an optimum level day in and day out with the same amount of intensity and drive during your workouts?
For over a year now, I have been part of the Movement Rx Team. Because of that I have somewhat neglected my Olympus Movement website and blog. But I am happy to say that I am back. Wanted to write a quick post to share some things that WE and I are working on, and update you on a few things that have happened over the past year.
